Joe moved many of the items in our basement as part of the prep work, and his crew did an excellent job keeping the dust from the concrete removal to an absolute minimum. The final floor blends perfectly with the old concrete, and the system is performing exceptionally well. The work was done in a day with an appropriately-staffed crew of 6. The clean up afterward was excellent. As with any major construction project, questions or issues arise. "I'll start off by saying that Right Way originally installed an interior french drain for us in 2003. Soon after we had our basement finished. From that time on we never had to worry about a flooded basement. It was a big job and they were awesome! When our sump pump started making noises last week, I called in the morning and Al came out that day. He fixed our issue then had another installer came back out the following day to install a new backup system. I would highly recommended these guys!
