"We had an amazing experience with Solid Construction & Design. We had multiple bids for our kitchen and bathroom remodel, and SCD was the only group that listened to our needs, saw the uniqueness of our home, and worked to satisfy what we needed within our budget. Oleg presented cost-saving suggestions (we did our own demolition, and we sub-contracted out for granite counters). From the beginning, Oleg was able to see the entirety of the project and was able to present us with a complete quote. He recognized the problems that our house was going to present so surprises were minimized. When there was a new problem with the structure of our house, a reasonable and cost efficient solution was offered. The timeline was organized well through Vitaly's supervision. There were teams for each stage of remodeling, and the scheduling was clean. The team of Alex and Alex did an incredible job of fixing the errors of original construction and continued through to the end of the project for finishing work. Stephan led the installation of the cabinets, and the flooring crew installed @1000 ft^2 in one day. Plumbing and electrical work were incredibly professional. From day one to the end, they maintained the timeline initially presented to us, and even when we found a correction we wanted after we completed payments, Vitaly ensured that work was done. I'd vouch for SCD. They did a great job."

"Did entire kitchen remodeling. Would greatly recommend this company"

"As you can see Huver has done several things for me. His pricing is fair and he works with you to give you what you need within your budget. The last job he did I was recovering from surgery. The first day I had to ask them to leave early and he said no problem and said if I wanted to skip the next day that would work. He said my health came first. I highly recommend he for any thing you may need done."

"Great work all around. Communication was exceptional throughout the project, timely, ensured everything was installed as I needed and most importantly he left everything clean after finishing the job. Highly recommend Paul for all your contractor needs from electrical to remodels.."

"I am very pleased with the outcome of my bathroom remodel. Communication was very open and we discussed various parts of the project. They also accommodated in replacing toilets in other bathrooms for me at minimal charge. I would recommend them to others."

"We got an estimate from Ben for master bathroom remodel. Ben was professional and had great ideas for our redo. He was a good communicator and didn't mind us asking questions. Ultimately we did not move forward with the project, because of financial and COVID concerns, but we'll definitely stay in contact with Ben for future projects."

"They did remodeling and convert garage to ADU, highly recommended…."

"Arayik Khachatryan did an incredible job renovating multiple rooms in my home. I did not know, until well into the renovation, that he was skilled in nearly all jobs related to renovating. He completed the tiling in our bathroom, installed hardwood floors, as well as laminate floors, and completely remodeled our laundry room. I could not be happier with the work that he did. I would imagine if it were not for the expert and timely work of Arayik, we would not have completed our house renovation so swiftly and flawlessly. I hundred percent recommend!"
