ADH ordered all the materials, brought them to my house, demolished my existing bathroom and took the rubble with them, and scheduled inspector visits. Beware of the lure of lower-priced competitors: I guarantee you their quote will not include everything ADH will do. Do you really want to demolish your own bathroom? Do you want to take the chance on ordering a bathtub that doesn't exactly fit or arrives broken? Your responsibility means it's your dime. Let your remodeler take care of it all. It's a breeze.  During the remodel, Alex and Vlad were extremely neat and tidy. They protected my narrow hallways and beige carpet - and they never complained about my very steep staircase. As is always the case with such large projects, there were a few unforeseeable delays, such as when the freeway was closed for several days due to a fire.
