"I hired Bob to do repairs and renovation of a condo rental unit. He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. On the exterior he replaced a rotted window frame and missing clapboards, then patched and painted the wall. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. Bob is a great problem solver and works with you to suggest ways to do repairs for the best outcome while keeping costs down. His work is high quality. I would definitely hire him again."

"Tom Cromer and his crew replaced a damaged wooden window with a new, vinyl window. They also performed some general carpentry, like planing a door that was scraping the floor, and they repaired some siding that had been displaced by an ice dam during the winter. They did an excellent job, were friendly, and cleaned up everything afterwards. They completed the job in a day and a half. This is the third time we've hired Cromer Remodeling, so you know we've been satisfied with their work."

"Bertie was extremely responsive from the initial contact and through out the job. He came on Saturday morning to check out the job and give an estimate.  He said he'd be there at 9, he was there at 8:55.  We had to replace a bathroom ceiling fan, which caused damage to the old plaster/wire popcorn finish ceiling. It was a small job but he was fine with that. He was able to schedule the for Monday. He should up again early and set straight to work. He put down drop cloths in the bathroom, prepped the ceiling and started patching it up. He was professional, courteous, friendly and highly knowledgeable. We would highly recommend him and hope to use him again soon for another larger project.

Gerry and Kyle (father and son) were fantastic to work with. Gerry performed the estimate, made some suggestions to improve the look of the house, and made me feel like I was in capable hands. They went above and beyond just painting my home, with rotted wood replaced, flashing installed, putting the screens in and out, and fixing a previously poorly installed window (all included in the price, no add on charges). My house looks fantastic! As a single woman, I did not feel patronized, but felt very comfortable having "strangers" around my home. (If you're a single woman, this is a big deal.)
