"The owner of the company (Jake) came and met me in person. He arrived 20 minutes early which is always a good sign. He discussed with me in detail all the work he was going to do. His estimate was significantly lower than the (2) other estimates I received. His crew came out on Monday morning, they worked very thoroughly and kept my home area very clean.
