They took off my severely damaged synthetic slate roof, repaired all of the rotting plywood, added another layer of plywood on top (I wanted to stiffen my roof because we live less than a mile from a major fault line), removed and reinstalled my 33 solar panels, and were the lowest of four bids. They were incredibly easy to deal with and super responsive to my concerns. They even covered my pool with plastic to keep any demolition of the slate roof from falling into the water. "David and his crew are amazing! They really know their "stuff". We have a 10 unit condo complex surrounded by lots of trees. I noticed my neighbor who had roofers repairing the area around his fireplace and I got his roofers names. His roofer was Jorge Maldonado (415) 424-1274. Jorge does roofs (replacement and repair), deck repairs, siding repairs, fencing repairs and exterior painting. I had him check my roof and he patched up the area around the fireplace, explaining what he was doing each step of the way. He also sealed all the roof vent pipes. I also had him replace my rain gutters and he disposed of the old ones. I was happy when Jorge said that my roof did not need replacement at this time, that it was good for about 5 more years. Jorge and his crew did an excellent job. Jorge explained each step of the way and was clear on the price. The workers arrived on time, worked efficiently together getting the job done, and cleaned up after themselves.
