"The reviews are real! I have nothing but good things to say about BA Repair and about Dean. I called them because my dryer had died. Dean was so considerate. He called me at the beginning of the 4-hour window to let me know about what time he'd arrive (3-4pm) in case I wanted to run errands, instead of having to sit home waiting. He then called when he was leaving his appointment before me for my '30-minute warning'! So my experience started out great. It only got BETTER!!! Dean was pleasant and professional and treated me well. (you know how sometimes repair people treat women like idiots? - Dean is NOT one of those types!!!) Anyway, he spent about 20+ minutes diagnosing the problem, and then let me know that we should start planning a funeral for our dryer because it was "dead". He explained that he COULD repair it if I wanted, but that the repair would cost as much or more than a new dryer, so I told him we'd get a new dryer. Dean even gave me a connection at Lowe's who would 'take care of me' and I'm meeting with him this week. Dean was very apologetic that I had to get a new washer, but that's what he recommended. He could have just done the repair and I'd have paid the bill, but he did what was best for me, not him. How refreshing! They build their clientele with referrals and repeat customers. And I will be one of his repeat customers any time I need an appliance repair. Dean also (apologetically) charged me the minimum he could for the service call, which I also appreciated. He felt badly charging me, but I'd have insisted because he was so honest and helpful! I will never go anyplace else for any repairs! They have a customer for life in me! It's so refreshing to work with an honest company who truly practices Christian values - do unto others ..."

"It went incredibly well! Customer service answered my phone call right away. Had a tech scheduled within 1 business day. Diagnostic fee was reasonable and they told me they'd roll in the fee to any repairs that were made. (At this point we weren't even sure if the stove was fixable since it was very old). I was given a 2-hour window for arrival and they called when the service rep was on his way. He diagnosed the problem with the stove and was done in a very short time. Grant - the appliance repair guy - was professional and personable. I'll definitely call them again!"
