"I hired Bryan to remodel the small master bath in my condo. I originally contacted him in 2018, but due to other issues within my home I had to place this project on hold. One year later I contacted Bryan again, and he was ready to place me on his schedule in two weeks. The price was just slightly higher from the original quote, which was to be expected. His contracts are strait forward and easy to understand. He and his crew are great. They were respectful of the time they started/finished daily due to parking restrictions in my area. Cleaned up the work area every day. Any issues he encountered were discussed so there would be no surprises at the end. They are pros in every sense of the word. The finished product looks great. If I had more projects I would definitely hire him again."

"We hired Terry to remodel our ~50 sqft bathroom. It took about 3.5 weeks to complete. This was around the holiday season. There was very good communication throughout the project and a formal contract was agreed upon and signed for protection of both parties involved. He laid the floor and wall tiles really good even though some had some slight measurement discrepancies. He also offered suggestions on some of the ideas we had which helped us adjust design decisions as the project progressed. He didn’t have a problem installing any of the fixtures we ordered for the project either. Now I do have to provide some constructive feedback even in this five star review. The wood used for our recessed cabinet that was added to the bathroom was rough/poor quality and required a lot of sanding to get it somewhat smooth and prepped for staining we did after he finished his work. We also had to do some minor drywall touch up around the door we added to our bathroom. Some small negatives in our eyes but the project was a major success and we would hire him again."

"FANTASTIC !!!! These guys were a dream to work with...In fact, we are hiring them AGAIN, this time to remodel our 1st floor. They were thorough, gave us options, presented different perspectives, timely, clean, so polite, etc.,...we now think of them as adopted family!! They took a basement and made it into an office, complete bathroom, family room, den and lots of storage and my husband's favorite--his own work shop. EVERYONE who has been to our home LOVES this additional living space!!! We can't wait for the crew to start on the 1st floor!! REMARK is definitely a company you want to use for home remodeling!
