"The actual floor and materials are a 5 star BUT had some issues with the installation. We had to call back out to fix a spot on the steps where the installer said it was normal but after talking to REFLOOR he corrected it. The other issues were resolved by the installer except for 3 items. The installer was asked to fix the toilet as it rocks and needed tightened and sealed. Then there was a question on the trim on the sliding door and the installer basically said no on removing the trim and placing the metal piece on. After the installer left the point of contact called my wife about the issues being fixed and my wife said to call me about it. I never received the call. The clean up was very poor. There is hardened floor flattener material on the driveway and front porch. I guess must have the responsibility to clean it up. Throughout the whole thing and probably with any floor company, but for the price I paid I was hoping to have a perfect installation."

They had to paint over deep red walls in the dining room and they came out great. The team is personable, easy to work with and they listen as well as explain. Kraig wants to ensure that the homeowners are pleased with the word. We had them do 4 different projects with this work order and all the projects came out meeting our expectations. Kraig recommended that we install luxury vinyl tile over our old ceramic bathroom floor and it makes a huge difference. We would definitely use KR Remodeling Services again."

"Tom has installed the final plank flooring and the quarter round in my house on three separate occasions and done an excellent job each time. The first time he did my entire first floor which consisted of four large areas. Then he came back later and did my loft and stairs, which looked fantastic. The last time he was here all four bedrooms got vinyl plank and one of them, I had even tried to do myself which turned out terribly and he fixed and made look fantastic.. he is a hard worker. Does a great job and I trust him to do the job right.. I plan to use him on all of my Flooring projects in the future. I realize he is branching out a bit, but I have not used that part of his business yet, but could totally see myself doing it in the future."
