"I called to have my gate opener repaired and Buzz Fencing sent Greg. He was amazing! Not only did he fix my problem, he fixed other little things that needed to be cleaned up as I was charged a basic fee for the trip anyway. "Company was responsive to my phone calls.   Gave me a detailed written estimate.  I had already been to their website and had learned quite a bit about fencing.  I had received a total of five quotes and this company was the only one to point out that a permit was needed in my city.  Other contractors, when asked about permits, had lied and said they weren't necessary.  That was a black mark against them.



The crew came out as scheduled on a Thursday morning and demolished the existing fence and dug post holes for the new fence.  They installed a temporary plastic fence and left.   A truck delivered materials around 11 am and the crew came back that afternoon and set the posts in cement.  They were back at 7:30 on Friday and began to assemble the fence.  It was made of Western Red Cedar with cedar rails.  It was finished with a cedar top cap and a pressure treated rotboard along the bottom.



After a week, I noticed that one of the boards had split vertically, and they came out and replaced the board. The fence looks good and passed it's permit inspection!

"From estimate to completion, everything was great! An estimate was given without me having to be there AND without having to put my dog in his kennel. (That was the 1st great thing) I received a phone call & email to make sure everything was explained. I had lots of questions & each of them was addressed quickly & without making me feel like I was bothering them. Once we decided on using AGAN, they set up an install date. The installation guys showed up on time & ready to work. I was quoted 2-3 days for completion & they finished in 2 days (even with my neighbor forgetting to leave their dogs in the house which halted demo day). The end result is a gorgeous fence! "This was a great experience overall. When I initially called the company, Adrian the owner agreed to meet me at the house on the same day to provide me with an estimate. He provide me on the same day a written estimate that highlighted the scope of the work in which we had mutually agreed upon during our walk thru. Once we agreed to move forward, he established expectations, timelines and color samples to help get the job started. This group arrived when they say would arrive and stayed as long as necessary to get things done.He even came back after the new flooring was installed to touch up the paint that the floor installers had damaged during the install. This was a great experience and I am planning to use their services for my exterrior paint job this fall. Great work, great staff and great price.

"Joels fence designs took into consideration style, durability, quality, cost, and functionality.  I had a tentative idea of what I wanted with this project but had specific concerns regarding my very large dogs which Joel addressed extremely well.    Joel listened to what I had to say and walked through it with me on site.  He thought of things I hadn't even considered and made appropriate suggestions to fill the gaps in my plan.  

I had him put in a 6 foot wooden privacy fence with a gate along the back of the property.  In addition, he designed and installed a wrought iron fence around the upper tier of my deck and yard including multiple gates.  Lastly, he built a fence on my side yard to form a dog run including stairs from my upper to lower tiers of my yard. 

Joel was professional, helpful, and extremely responsive.  He ensured all work performed was completed in a timely manner and also that his team cleaned up and left my property in great shape.  He has since followed up to make sure his work has continued to meet my expectations.

I think this should be right out there - His pricing was fair and there were NO HIDDEN ITEMS OR SURPRISES. And yes, I had shopped around - I'm an auditor after all.  I will definitely be a repeat customer.  Thanks Joel

It was a great idea! Worked like a charm. Makes the fence look really nice on that side, and he replaced one broken fence board for me as well. He was prompt (came out same day to give me a quote), professional, friendly, responsive, and checked with me afterward to ask if I was happy with the way the fence looked.

My dog is totally bewildered by the lip that now hangs over our side of the fence because she has to jump sort of out to try and get her head over it, and jumping out and up (instead of just up) makes her lose altitude. Plus there are no more sharp edges for her to cut herself on. It was ingenious, and saved me the hassle and eyesore of having only one side of my yard with a higher fence than the rest. I will use him for any other future fence needs for sure, and highly recommend him if you want to work with a reliable contractor.
