"Jason Harbison was prompt and professional. Along with a clogged shower, he addressed my non working dishwasher, and another shower with a heating problem. Two of the 3 problems have been previously addressed by others who did not provide a lasting solution. I was very impressed with his knowledge in these areas. I’ll definitely call on Watermark Plumbing again. "

When building a home or office from scratch there are many factors to consider, and a professional plumbing contractor from Lasiter Plumbing is more than happy to discuss your needs with you.\nWith more options than ever, trusting a licensed plumber is now critically important. Finding the perfect plumbing fixtures isn’t just about picking out the most aesthetically appealing faucets, shower heads and other equipment. You will need to put together a budget, consider the functional needs of your space and think about what design elements will complement your space.\nFor instance, if you are building a commercial property such as a restaurant, the strain placed on your plumbing will be much greater than building a home for a family of four. Generally, commercial properties will require much larger, more powerful and more durable plumbing appliances to meet the increased demand placed on them by the amount of people using them. You may even want to think about installing low-flow toilets in your commercial property to help save money on your utility bills every month.

"Incredible professional, knowledgeable, honest, and responsive! Ryan was able to get to my house with a couple days and helped me realize i didnt have a leak at all! I had another issue that was going to be much easier to solve. He spent about an hour troubleshooting and educating me in the hot sun and refused to let me pay him for his time because there was no leak and he didnt have to run any test. That is called integrity! He truly wants to help his customers out and he has a loyal customer in me and my family now. This is a team you can trust!"

"Not sure why they had 5 stars review, but All About Water Heaters is by far the worst company I dealt with. Service tech came out, did not bring a solder, and I had to provide him with my own supply, then replaced my water circulator with a wrong sized pump. Contacted the owner, promised to come out and take care of the issue, a week went by, claimed he was not able to get the replacement pump since it was discontinued, and he needed some time to find replacement. Sent him a link to Home Depot website where he could get one, and another week later, he stopped answering phone calls, or texts. I am definitely going for a lawsuit, will keep y'all updated. Do not waste your time, look somewhere else!!"

"Millie and Ray did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel! They saved us from a botch interior design job! They were patient with us choosing materials, and personalized our cabinets so well so this will be our forever home! And they worked well with my husband who is very diy, so we could be budget conscious (reason why the pics are unfinished). "

"the problem is they only have a one year warranty on their work. When you dig up under the house you have no way of knowing if they did the job correctly. Well they did not. the new pipe was not connected correctly to the old pipe so there was a separation of the pipes. Their professional work is not professional. They will not fix the problem they created!!! Military Plumbing of Royse City gives a 10 year warranty, USE THEM"

FAQs for plumbing installation for a remodel or addition projects in Rosston, TX

Adding bathroom plumbing to a detached garage starts with the basic line installation cost of $900 to $1,300. On top of this base expense, you'll need to budget for each fixture. A toilet costs  $250 to $550, sinks cost $150 to $800, and a shower or bathtub costs $400 to $1,900. The project will also require ventilation, moisture-resistant materials, and possibly electrical work. Remember that these costs reflect only the plumbing aspects—additional construction, finishing, and permitting expenses will apply to complete a functional bathroom space.

While certain aspects of garage renovation might be suitable for DIY enthusiasts, plumbing installation requires professional expertise. Connecting to water and sewer systems demands specialized knowledge and equipment, and improper installation can result in severe water damage, code violations, and potential health hazards. Most municipalities require permits for plumbing modifications, and these often stipulate that licensed professionals must perform work. Consider limiting your involvement to simpler tasks like painting or basic finishing work.

The timeframe for adding plumbing to a detached garage spans one to three days for the actual plumbing work. However, this represents only the active installation period. The complete project timeline must account for planning, obtaining permits (which can take weeks depending on your locality), coordinating multiple contractors if needed, and addressing any unexpected challenges that arise during installation. Weather conditions can also impact excavation and outdoor connection work.

Adding plumbing to a detached garage will likely increase your property taxes. Tax assessors consider plumbing an improvement that enhances property value and functionality. The specific tax impact varies by location and project scope. Converting a garage into living space with plumbing facilities can trigger significant reassessment in many jurisdictions. Before proceeding with your project, consult your local tax assessor's office to understand the potential tax implications and factor this ongoing expense into your decision-making process.
