"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Royal Exteriors! We were looking for a company to install James Hardie siding as well as new windows and front door, we interviewed 2 companies. One of them was Royal Exteriors. The reason we spoke to Royal Exteriors was due to the great ratings from James Hardie?s web site and Google reviews. Roy came out and was very slick in his presentation. He gave us several promises that once the business started, they broke. This company does not have the expertise to do the job correctly or to code. The company?s communication is the worst. The cable company is 100% better than Royal Exteriors. They at least give you a time window as to when to expect them. We never know what day, or time they would show up. They Started work May 1, 2025, and It is September 16, 2025 and they are still not done. "
