We signed the contract on September 11, 2015 and the system was fully operational on November 20, 2015.  My house is all electric,( heat pump, well pump, the works ).  Over the winter our highest bill was $ 220.00. Over the summer most bills were about $9.00. He was right on both fronts. He did not charge us for the estimate and his honesty saved us a lot of money.
