"Salesman showed up on a Sunday afternoon, listened to what I was looking for and tailored a solution to fit my needs, to included payment options and solutions. I got several estimates and the 6&Fix salesman was the only one that didn't either use pressure tactics, talk down other companies, assume we were ignorant of what we were purchasing, give a ridiculous price, or fail to understand our needs. The installers showed up as scheduled and installed the new system quicker than expected, cleaned up, loaded the old unit and were gone. So far, so good."

"John and Dillion were the plumbers who came out to my house.. All plumbing pipes needed to be removed. Both John and Dillion were very professional and took the time to answer every question I had. Also, I needed a little extra work completed, and the prices were great. Also, the overall cost of the project was super and the lowest out of all the estimates. Quality was the best and service was great. Highly recommended.."

"Alpine's sales rep, Bill Graves, came to the house several times to review the estimates he'd given me and to answer additional questions/concerns. I signed the contract on Aug. 7th and the heat pump was installed on the 8th!! Great service! Due to additional work that needed to be done for the ductwork in the crawlspace, the service techs couldn't complete the returns that day but the air conditioning was up and running perfectly before they left that day. The service techs had to return on the 12th to complete the installation of the new returns but that was completed within a couple of hours.
My thanks to Bill for his help in ensuring that I had a good system for this house, and to the techs who were all courteous and professional and ensured that the system was properly installed!.
