"I called the provider after I found them on this site. I talked to lady at the office and she promised a technician would call. I receieved a call from tech within the hour.  Promised to come to the house to see the problem. Came within the hour and identified the problem.. He was unable to repair the motor, as it needed to be repalced. He promised to come the next day to fix the problem.  He came the next day, worked on the problem and left. We did not know what he did, or how much it would cost. "I first contacted A&A plumbing to correct a minor leak in an old QEST water pipe tee fitting.  He came out immediately and fixed the problem.  This was the second time that a QEST fitting had failed, so while he was here, I asked for an estimate for replacing the piping for the whole house with PEX.  I was in the process of updating the bathrooms and also had him install new faucets in the tub and showers, and also had him install a new water heater.  He showed up on time and accomplished the work in one day with minimal disruption.  The whole job was very professionally done and I am very pleased with the result. <br />"
