"The work was performed to my satisfaction, the old gutters removed and all done in a timely manner.. At my request, they also made some adjustments to the down spouting so that it was no longer right beside a carriage light by my garage. Also a year and a half later I had water overflowing the spouting. They came out and checked it out for me. It turned out to be roofing material clogging the down spout, which the nice workman cleaned out for me, and although the issue was not Riba's fault they did not charge me for the visit."
