"This contractor 1. Showed up for work on a regular basis 2. Responded quickly to resolve issues 3. Did not try to increase prices beyond the commitment in the quote Based on experience in my area (Austin Texas), it is extremely difficult to find a contractor with those qualities. My main complaint is the quality of painting and framing work, which needed to be re-done (by the contractor or myself)."
