"While their workmanship may be commendable, their customer service and professionalism is not. They will not respect your home or your time. They did not keep our condo complex with 32 residents clean or safe throughout the project. They end their workdays at 9 pm (for a total of almost 14 hours of banging on your roof) and leave nails in your parking lots. Their foreman, Johnny, is completely disrespectful and will ruin a relationship over a 5-minute clean-up request."
