"They havent resolved my issues yet. Still working on fixing the leak. they didnt send a very experienced installer so they had to come out several times. They didnt build it to code and the sub contractors they used were not fully qualified to do the job. The screen door is not installed correctly and I am still waiting for them to resolve this."

Then I asked if he would trim a stuck wooden patio door, reattached some gutters and hang some thick plastic curtains on the outside of a patio. He did all these cheerfully, and along the way, selected about 25 vintage LPs I had as payment for the extras. I guess I should have figured on finding a music aficianado in Austin being a pretty good handyman!"
