"We had a concrete pad and premium shed built at the beginning of spring and I am now writing this review to share my experience. First, everyone was professional. Carl setup an appointment with me and was exactly on time. He took the time to speak with me about the project and answer any questions or concerns I had. He even invited me to his office to see some of the smaller sheds they had built that were on display. The materials are premium quality and the build is well engineered. This is what I call built tough. We've had several storms here since the shed was built and I can tell you the quality is exceptional. No leaks, no shift, no defect. This thing is weather tight. I suggest visiting his shop if you want to see the build quality. They have lots of options to add to your shed. The guys that came out to do the pad and the shed worked hard and did a thorough job. They would even explain what they were doing when I went out there to see how things were coming along. They were honest and communicated with me when they accidentally broke a sprinkler pipe which they immediately fixed. After several months there has been no shifting or cracking with the concrete pad, no moisture leaks in the shed, no warping or cracks in the siding and no leaks or problems with the roof. They did quality work and I have no concerns that the shed and the pad will last a very long time. Carl's team are professionals that communicate well and take pride in the works they do. They pay attention to details all along the build. There is no reason not to go with Sheds and More. We are truly happy with our shed. Thank you Carl"

"We have really enjoyed our new space and took only 3 days to complete"

"This project took considerably longer than the company originally estimated; and, within weeks of completion, two plumbing issues occurred that required some of the work to be redone. During the design phase, the architect went on vacation. While the estimated project completion was not impacted (the estimate did not include the design phase), it did lengthen the time we'd allotted to have the project completed. Also, during the project, there appeared to be a problem between the company's project manager and at least two of the subcontractors. During the shower "tiling phase", the company's "project manager" actually did some of the tiling work himself. The work was then transferred to a subcontractor. In fact, we are pleased with the final product; however, a minor plumbing issue (behind the tile) remains that we have not had corrected. Further, prior to the tiling phase, Austin Handyman referred us to several local sources from which to chose the specific tile we wanted. After visiting all locations, we selected tile from one. As the actual date for the tiling approached and we were well passed our target completion date, I agreed and picked up the tile and associated work material, transported it to the house, and staged it for use by the tiling subcontractor. Had I not done this, the project would have been further delayed. Also, the company subcontracted out the glass work associated with the shower. Again, we are well pleased with the final product; but, the subcontractor had to be recalled to correct a leak/leaks. A final annoying fact was that Austin Handyman sent us a final invoice for payment prior to the work actually being completed. When I called the company, the billing department was unaware that the project wasn't done. The company apologized and retracted the billing statement; but, I didn't feel it was professional for the billing department to not confirm work completion before sending out the final notice. Please note, this work was done during 2014, nearly three years ago. While we are generally pleased with the final outcome, we have deferred other renovation work due to the challenges we faced with this project."

"I hired William initially to rehang a stuck back door for $150. Then I asked if he would trim a stuck wooden patio door, reattached some gutters and hang some thick plastic curtains on the outside of a patio. He did all these cheerfully, and along the way, selected about 25 vintage LPs I had as payment for the extras. I guess I should have figured on finding a music aficianado in Austin being a pretty good handyman!"

"Less than a year after we moved in, we discovered mold (to which we are sensitive) in our "new" kitchen. Patriot Construction knew exactly what to do (hint: it does NOT involve bleach or DIY air samples) to handle the situation safely and also whom to contact regarding the testing. In addition to having the proper equipment, they were really good at explaining the different options and what each one might cost. They also could have taken advantage of the situation and told us that we needed an entirely new kitchen, but instead,their in-house master carpenter was able to build the needed cabinets to match the existing. We highly recommend them and will use them again on future projects."

"We had the LET Group do a multifaceted remodel and construction effort on our home: remodeled the existing garage to a game room, added a bathroom, remodeled/moved the laundry room, remodeled the kitchen and main bathroom and built a new stand-alone garage with workshop. As other reviewers have noted, the LET Builder Project Manager, Luis Taipe, is fantastic. As all construction projects go, there were schedule problems and infrequent worker issues, but the key to a good project is how well these issues are managed and Luis is extremely professional and handled all issues efficiently and effectively. As other's have noted, Luis actually identified issues that my wife and I would have not noticed or ignored and had them corrected to his satisfaction first which was often more stringent than we would have requested. We struggled at the start of this project to find a good contractor and actually delayed the project several times because we were not comfortable with either the potential contractors or their proposals. This changed when we met Luis and listened to his absolute professional observations and recommendations during the initial project assessment and proposal process. His proposals were detailed and he was responsive to changes. Yes, there were several contract changes, but we were aware of them (no surprises) and were part of the process in developing the contract changes. This was a very big step for my wife and I and it was a major project ---- could not be more satisfied with the results and have already passed on recommendations to neighbors. Would recommend LET Builders to anyone with Luis as the Project Manager. Luis is personable, professional, and extremely responsive --- met his family as well and it is a very nice package to have worked with."
