They came out fixed my problem at the fair price and at the agreed upon time. Kari in customer service and Ray W plumber were professional and courteous and I would recommend Bluefrog plumbing to anyone."

"We hired c&w plumbing to fix a toilet tank that had rusty screws and was starting to leak. The young man told us how much it would cost and what he would have to do to fix the problem. he gave us the price to fix it or replace it. We chose to fix it. When he couldn't fix it he gave us the option again of buying the toilet and so we bought it. what he didn't tell us is the labor charges would not be applied to install the toilet. we would have to pay 2 labor fees for the aborted fix it job that he wasn't able to complete and one for the toilet installation. totaled approximately $850 - and that is after a $50 discount C&W authorized and a $35 coupon. If he had let us know he might not be able to fix the toilet I would have waited at least one more day to shop around for a fix or replacement. That's one expensive toilet. I would only use them again in a dire emergency."
