"Highly recommended. I had a simple repair of a leaking kitchen sink faucet. I did not have the proper tools or expertise for the job. I was very satisfied with JD Service Now. The dispatcher was prompt and professional. They called me before the plumbing technician arrived with an ETA. The tech arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything before doing any work. He not only fixed the leak quickly but also made sure I know where and how to operate the water shut off, Checked the water pressure into the house and the pressure relief valve on the water heater. The rate was relatively reasonable for a 20 minute call; at least compared to estimates for the other 2 companies. I will keep this companies number in my phone contacts for future home repairs."

"Installed sump pump. Didn’t press for the more expensive, expansive project. I appreciated that. I also loved that they communicated and set times and dates and confirmed. So far so good. We will see if problem is resolved."

"I called Quality Service when it was time to replace my homes heater. They were great, from the time answered the phone to the technician making sure I had no questions. Highly recommend."

"When my septic pump broke everyone I called was busy, even the team at the Water Specialist, but they responded to my emergency by making time for an inspection and replacement on top of an already busy schedule. They really came through for us!"

"They responded, diagnosed and repaired the initial issues on the next business day. I informed them of another issue with another A/C unit to which they returned the next day, diagnosed the issue and had to leave to purchase a double circuit breaker, returned , installed it and had my other unit up and running in no time. I highly recommend this company. W A Smith"

"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."

"I reached out to have two toilets replaced in my home. They were fair, honest, and knowledgeable from the start. 5 star experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Cornerstone Plumbing Solutions LLC!"

"He called immediately and provided an estimate, came out the very next day to replace my water heater. They were friendly and the estimate was correct. The job was done properly, on time, and they explained everything to me. Great company to work with!"
