We had a new roof installed which included GAF Deck Armor, new ice and water protection, new drip/rake edge flashings, new starters, new roof boots as needed, GAF Timberline HD shingles, a new Snow Country Ridge ridge vent system and capping, and a repair of the existing chimney flashing. After the job was completed, the yard was left cleaner than when the crew arrived. My wife and I couldnâ t be happier that we hired this company. It was amazing how Nixon and his crew removed and replaced all the 50 yr. old trim and created matching moldings inside & out. Everyone worked non-stop and were delightful, respectful of property and very easy to welcome into my home. Nixon is on site, very experienced, and I appreciated his guidance in choosing new materials. He gave choices, explanations & prices on the new trim so I could stay on budget. "3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier.
