Gleyson Olivera from Vellox was the only company rep of all of the other 5 quotes I received who came to my home AND walked me around my house giving recommendations as well as listening to my concerns. The lead time was acceptable, the quotation was competitive and there were no "hidden" extras such as rotten wood add-ons. Also, Vellox was the only company to account for overhangs on my roof and bring the ice and water shield farther up the roof. All of the other companies missed this. I made the decision to go with Vellox and the work was completed in one day. The workers did a fantastic job, the installation looks extremely precise, neat and it's painfully obvious how poorly installed my original roof was. I am beyond pleased. The gutter installs also came out perfect and include guards so I don't have to clean them out again. It was a very smooth process starting with a no pressure meeting with Product Specialist Dave Harrison who explained the product and process to us. He was very helpful in dealing with a few issues with our existing roof (gutters not installed correctly and old construction of area where roof lines met and leaked). He made sure the gutters were fixed properly and had the rooflines redesigned to eliminate any leaking issues. During the job the Quality Control Manager, Shaun LaForce, was on site each day and was great to deal with. The office managers, Jenna & Alexandria, were fantastic with keeping us up to date on the start dates and delivery info. The installation crew did a great job led by Alex and finished the job in 2 days despite a snowstorm in between the days, even shoveled my driveway the day after the storm! "These guys are fantastic! This is the second time I have used them and both experiences were excellent. Last year we had a major leak in a slanted part of our rubber roof. Fixed perfectly. No leaks again. This year we had other parts of our roof leaking (1870 house. Lots of roof pitches and types) they identified the issues, replaced two small roof areas on bays areas, replaced all the broken slate tiles and replaced very old and non-functional down spouts. Ramon and Wilson are kind, conscientious and very reasonable. Their services are highly recommended!!!!"

"It went very well.  The owner, Richard Farina, suggested using an "architectural" shingle, which is heavier and should last for 30 years as opposed to 20 for most other types of shingle.  They installed Grace ice and water shield up to a distance that we requested. <br /> <br /> We had one small leak this past storm on the front porch from the front corner of our bedroom dormer.  They were very responsive and came back the same day called and applied additional caulking between the roof shingles and the siding shingles, where a gap had been created.  I was pleased with their prompt responsiveness."

"Roofer's Edge was overall great to work with.  We did some major maintenance to our home exterior over the course of several months--and from the start Kevin was prompt, courteous, and gave us a very fair quotes compared to other companies we contacted.  We had a bit of trouble with our exterior paint job where some iron plant hangers were semi painted over, but once we pointed it out Kevin took care of it.  They were super patient, allowed us ample time to pick the exterior color we wanted, and didn't raise an eyebrow when we asked to have our front door painted a 2nd time in a different color.  We were very pleased with the exterior paint job, as well as our gutter replacement, rotten siding replacement, and roofing.  We'd definitely use Kevin and his crew again and can highly recommend his services."

They even removed a small area where they had installed the wrong shingles and replaced them with the right shingles, all at no extra charge. The new roof looks great. The only problem was cleanup. We found a large number of nails in our yard and on our driveway, and a lot of pieces of plastic lying around."

The salesman visited once for an hour, made notes and scheduled a convenient time to return with a full plan for a new roof. He came on time and made a thorough low key documented presentation within 35 minutes. He gave us a plan, timeline of our choosing and had lots of references. I was impressed with the length of time the company has been in business, the factory support and range of services they provide. installation was on time. The installation team were thorough, fast, and very professional in their work. The off site supervisor visited each day and called twice to check that we were satisfied with "how things were going". The dumpster was delivered and picked up on time and the yard cleanup was thorough. All in all very professional and we are quite pleased.
