We negotiated a few points and then went ahead. Ramon stuck to every detail of the proposal and his crew showed up on time to start the job. They appeared to be an experienced, excellent, hard working crew that knew exactly what they were doing. They started early each day and worked till after dark. And, Ramon's brother, Wilson, who was in charge of the crew, kept me informed through the whole process. They finished our very complex roof in just 2.5 days. The roof looks great and everything was cleaned up and back to normal by the third day."

"It went very well.  The owner, Richard Farina, suggested using an "architectural" shingle, which is heavier and should last for 30 years as opposed to 20 for most other types of shingle.  They installed Grace ice and water shield up to a distance that we requested.
