"I'm writing this review for my 84 year-old grandfather. I really do appreciate the service done by this company. Some shingles had blown off the roof of his home during a rainstorm. Otherwise the roof was in pretty good shape. I know that many companies could have taken advantage of my elderly grandfather and recommended an entire roof replacement. But the gentleman that came out was so honest and straightforward. He agreed that a repair was all that was needed. And the price was excellent compared to some of the other ones we had called around to get. I appreciate this companies honesty and professionalism. His roof is as good as new. "Initial appointment was easy and sales person was on time and cordial. He was knowledgeable but had no issues calling the Wizard at Kanga Roof for the right answer. I needed snow diverters for my metal shake roof. They ordered the correct color and they look great. There is no snow yet but I think they will work just fine. Before the snow would fall off my roof like an avalanche and it wasnt safe. It was a breeze hiring them and they were no nonsense. I have been dealing with two companies recently that I would not hire again. I am appalled how some companies make excuses and blame others. I was SO happy Kanga Roofs installation and transaction went as smooth as it did. Thank you! UPDATE: Hired them again October 2019 What a CRAP job. I called them 3 times prior to the install to be sure we were on the same page but the installer somehow did not follow the plan the manager gave him for my dormer roof. Probably not a big enough job for Four Seasons and they hired a contractor - HIRED CONTRACTORS at THEIR BEST I guess. The BEST news is they didnt charge me, but my snow guards look like they were glued on by a 5 year old and it cannot be undone without damaging my roof."

"Jeff and his team worked did a great job replacing roof on my old house. They did a complete tear-off and re-shingle of house in just a couple of days. My only complaint would be that while they did have large tarps over the house to catch debris, I did have to clean up shingle scraps and nails around perimeter of house after project was complete."

"Not good in the beginning. However, we they turned on their vacuum it blew dirt and dust from previous jobs into us into our living. room causing quite a mess . They did apologize it offered us a discount on future jobs. When I called them back to service other areas in the house or have someone to call that they would handle the job that we need it done however it is November and I've not heard back from them since.

"Met with Chad at my home, he was awesome and very professional! Chad was very detailed about all the steps it would take to replace my roof, I honestly felt at ease with him. I was not pressured in any way to go with their company, He assured me if there were any concerns they would quickly resolved those issues and they did. He was very patient, If I had any questions no matter how many he would answer them. I then met my project manager Brian he was awesome as well! If there were any questions or concerns he would answere them with no problem, if there was any problems he would have them resolved quickly. "Greg came out and did a blower test, where you seal off the house and put a large blower fan in the door to highlight leaks. He then spent almost four hours taking us around the house with an infrared camera showing us all the areas that were leaking. You could feel cold air pouring out of every door jamb, and his camera showed some very major insulation issues, including an area where the heating ducts to two bedrooms were going through completely uninsulated/ourdoor areas. He gave us a few different options, and we opted for "the works." This was a four step process that included them going into the attic and sealing many areas, then pumping 60 bales of cellulose insulation into the attic to bring it from less than R19 to R60. Then they used spray foam in the basement to seal the entire rim joist. They also put special sealed domes around all of our recessed lights. Finally, they took part of our porch down, stuffed insulation everywhere, spray foamed, and reassembled everything perfectly. The result was exceptional! The house used to feel drafty and cold, even at 71 degrees. Now it feels warm and toasty as soon as you walk in. Greg also came back at the end and did another blower test, and was able to get us $750 in Consumer's Energy rebates because they cut air loss down by 50%, added so much insulation, and a few other factors. Lastly, even the office staff was super helpful. When I called, they knew who I was and what job I was calling about based on a first name. There wasn't any "please wait and I'll transfer you" or anything like that. Fantastic service! If you need insulation pick Blanket Insulation!"
