I sent him pics of the two loose siding spots and he made an appointment with me for the next day (Sunday) at 12:30pm. He finished the repairs on not only the siding spots I identified, he fixed a 3rd issue that we did not even recognize! All repairs were complete in under an hour!! "Anthony Daly did an exceptional job! My home looks amazing. His crew is very hard working and would always stop and take the time to answer questions. Anthony was very responsive and when capping and siding was removed and odd previous construction was uncovered he would be back at my home working with his crew and would bring other contractors to make sure the issue was fixed and everything was applied correctly. The siding company I hired over promised so I could not longer use them. Anthony was very flexible to expand the project to also stucco my garage and family room-addition. After a hard rain, I discovered that one of the leaks was not fixed. He came back to home with another contractor and with the hose in hand found the leak in the brick (not his stucco) and they fixed it. Very responsive, professional and dependable. Mike stopped by within 1 week of my request, and spent quite a while with us, regarding our door replacement needs.  He made several good suggestions and gave us excellent advice on color and style.   Our doors arrived in about 8 weeks, but it was difficult to connect with Dan, the installer, to set up a date to put in the doors.  I left several messages, but it still took about 2 months for Dan to be able to confirm an installation date with me.  Installation took 1 whole day and two partial days because our house is very old and the trim work needed special attention.   Dan did a great job of matching the new door trim to the existing trim in the rest of our house.  All I all, we are very happy with the new doors and the great service we received.

"KES did an excellent job replacing our roof and gave us the best price. The workmanship was great and we appreciated working with Ron throughout the process. He walked us through the replacement start-to-finish and helped us pick all the options we needed. One of the reasons we went with KES is because of the additional services they provide when compared to other roofers, as explained by Ron. They use stainless steel nails and GAF shingles, which allowed KES to offer us a very good warranty on the roof, which was important to us. The skylight was done perfectly, also. "I met with and recieved three quotes for this job. I usually go with the middle quote, but from this experience, Seamless Gutters came in at the lowest extimate by (I believe) $200. Their professionalism was top notch. They were very punctual. Very considerate. This job went without any issues. All work was done within specified timeframe. It's now ~4 years later and the work is still good. I've had no gutter issues.
The only negative (which I'm not sure it is, or maybe I should have said something) But the cutters on the 2nd floor roofing cut off and don't go directly into the water catching gutters. I was told that this could create more wear and tear on my roof? Again, not sure as I've had no issues. But the work itself is stable and strong and does the job.

"Impriano’s reps were extremely helpful in selecting replacement roofing materials to prevent a roof failure like I had just experienced. They made recommendations for what I needed and explained it in a manner I could understand which was not the case with a different roofing contractor who came to my home to estimate the job. To me, the situation was something of an emergency with winter approaching, and Impriano made scheduling of my roof a priority. Workers were very professional, punctual, and took great care not to impact the adjacent townhouse properties. Workers kept me informed of how work was progressing. They took photos at various stages so I could see the work being done; the photos of the completed job confirmed that my existing gutter guards, etc., had been secured. They were very attentive to small details. For example, they pointed out that the nails used on an existing metal cover between my house and my adjoining neighbor were silver while the cover was brown. Although the roof is 3 stories high, they decided to use brown coated nails so the nails would blend with the cover. At the completion of the job, they cleaned everything up and used a metal detector to locate errant nails on my driveway."

"When we first met with Lew Merryfield, our home was a disaster.  Smoke and intense heat had made it necessary to completely gut and restore our home.  It was a time of great despair and confusion.  Lew was very reassuring that his company would be able to handle to assignment and allow us to return to a home that was better than ever, and agreed to bid the job in the format requested.
After the contract was signed the Merryfield Construction Group was very active, and progress was made every week.  We opted to hire our own subcontractors for plumbing and HVAC, and an electrical contractor recommended by the provider.  The provider and their staff worked well with the other contractors and were communicative with us during the process.  A promise to never abandon working on our home for any significant period of time was kept.  Building options and recommendations were presented at appropriate times and were appreciated.  Lew and his brother George worked with us to solve problems that arose and we always felt like it was a partnership and that they took great pride in their work.  Additional work outside the original contract and work change orders were appropriate and reasonably priced.
The fire was one week before Christmas in 2013, and we were able to move back in late October 2014.  Although this time frame was slightly outside of the original estimate, it was not considered unreasonable given the nature of the work and the change orders. After we moved in, the provider has done a nice job on following up any problem areas and punch list items.
We are very happy with our "new" home and are confident that the provider will continue to stand behind the work.  The overall job turned out much better than we could have expected.  Lew and George Merryfield, and their staff, particularly Tom Ferry, Sean, and Scott, were always respectful and friendly, and took obvious pride in their crafts.  In conclusion, we are glad we selected Merryfield Construction Group and would not hesitate to use them again in the future or recommend them to others."
