"After meeting with Dennis, one of the owners, I hired Legacy to repaint the exterior of my home in Lynnwood. He and Mark, the other owner, were great to work with and did a great job of communicating throughout the process which included a slight delay due to paint shortages because of the pandemic which is understandable. Mark even gave me recommendations on color and paint type to ensure I was getting the proper finish and color that I was looking for. For the actual project, Henry was the lead and power washed the house about a week prior to starting on the painting. Henry was great... punctual, efficient and did quality work. All told, it took about 2 full days for a crew of 2 to prep and paint our house and we're thrilled with the results. Henry was also a very good sport about my OCD in finding spots that needed to be touched up and did it all with a great attitude and smile on his face. I couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Legacy and highly recommend their services!"

"Ryan from the Company showed up on time. Ryan cleared my front porch gutter to include downspout which was clogged with leaves and debris. Ryan also trimmed back some overgrown branches to prevent a front garden Crape-Myrtle Bush from rubbing the gutter and to reduce the amount of leaves in the future (for a while). Ryan went above and beyond by also removing the cut branches which is something I did not expect. Additionally, Ryan climbed up to the top roof of my two-story home and inspected the remaining gutters. Thankfully no issues where noted and most only had minor roof shingle dust (common). IMPORTANT NOTE: This Company only accepts Checks and does NOT accept Credit Cards. I was able to use my Banks Bill Pay Feature to pay them."

"It went very well. I called this company out as a 3rd opinion and they advised me to wait for my services because it was not really bad enough at the time. He told me to call him back to check again in 6 monts to a year! This was after two other companies made me think my house was going to split in two if I did not act right now! Foundation and Concrete Services has to come for a 3rd time before it was tone for the actual repairs! Even then, the price was better than the other companies. They have even been back since the repair to make sure my measurements are the same as they were right after the repair.-"
