"The first guy that came out to clean my carpet, sofas and mattress did not do a good job at all. He rushed and finished a 2 hr cleaning job in 1 hour. I was very dissatisfied. I called carpet cleaning experts to complain and without hesitation they said they will send another guy out to re clean. Doug came out to clean the following week and this time the job was done right, he was thorough and professional, he even took pictures of the noticeable spots that was still on my sofas and carpet before he cleaned. After he was done cleaning, I was very happy with how much cleaner and better my carpet and sofas looked and smelled the second time around, and the spots were gone or much less noticeable. I will call and request Doug again if I should need them in the future."

The next morning their service man arrived on time and was courteous and performed the cleaning in a professional manner going that extra mile when needed. "I’ve used them once. I’m not sure if I’ll bring them back. Of course, it’s a big national chain. They just did a perfunctory job. I’m not one of these customers that has their carpet cleaned every 6 months. It was a perfunctory job, they were in and out in a couple of hours. They seem to do an okay job, but nothing that stands out. They were fast. They came when they said they were going to come, so I guess that was punctual. The overall impression I had was a “B”, but they weren’t an “A”. They didn’t wow me. I want to try a different carpet cleaning because the other company is better rated on Angie’s List."

"The Tech was very knowledgeable and did a great job.  I showed him a few very soiled areas and he was able to completely clean them, he was thorough and never stopped from when he arrived till he left.  The job was done in no time and looked great. <br />"

"After the carpets dried, I noticed the Tech did not overlap his cleaning head enough on each pass. What was left on our tan carpets are darker colored stripes where the edge of the cleaning head was pulled along. <br /> <br /> After posting this review, I called Jimmy Stuarts to see if they would help me resolve the streaks on the carpets. <br /> <br /> I was greeted with a friendly receptionist who seemed to already be aware of my issues and forwarded me immediately to a manager. The manager explained that the streaking sometimes happens and they would be happy to come out and address the two rooms that had the issues. <br /> <br /> He further indicated that Angie's List reviews were important to them and he had wished I had called before posting. <br /> <br /> Aside from the initial streaking problem, I give Jimmy Stuart's full credit for how they handled the follow-up. The Tech arrived on time, was friendly and did a fine job removing the streaking in the carpet with his cleaning equipment. <br /> <br /> Overall, I was happy with how the company responded to my request for a follow-up. These service issues can happen to any company, it is how they respond to them that shows the character of the business.
