He went through my attic and took several pictures and explained I didn't have enough ventilation in which I was pleased Jackie was very helpful however I wasn't able to get back in contact with her in which I had a couple of questions regarding scheduling The install itself was great and Darryl was great he explained why we were using boards instead of plywood and was very responsive and knowlegable about the install. Overall I'm very satisfied with home genius exteriors"

"We called John from Improvement Pros to restain our deck but realized that the wood was in worse shape than we thought so he ended up practically replacing the whole deck.  He was meticulous with his work and knew what he was doing.  He also replaced some rotten wood on my front door and since he was from North Carolina I figured he was familiar with that kind of problem.  Who would have thought that we would have so much rotten wood problems in Colorado since we live in such a dry area.  
John was very professional and whatever changes we wanted or anything we didn't like was met with a "yes ma'am" every time. The weather caused the project to take longer than what I had anticipated but we are very happy with the finished deck and I think we got a very good price compared to what other neighbors were paying for their deck.  
All in all, I would use Improvement Pros again.
