"After returning from a long weekend away on Sunday, two hours later we had no water.   Monday morning I called and they said they would come out and take a look and would not charge me for a service call.  Turns out our well pump was no longer working.  We decided to go forward with the inevitable which required hooking-up to city water.  We/they were able to pull the permit and obtain and install the water meter by that afternoon just in time for the city to turn on the water before the City Inspector left for the day.  The following morning they needed to return to install the remote reader for the water meter and which time we asked them to look at our old laundry tub that would not drain.  They gave us a quote and returned later that day to complete the work on the laundry tub.  So happy that laundry tub is finally resolved as well.  "

"Our well pump blew the circuit breaker just after Christmas and Sampson Brothers came out for an emergency call the next day. Because of its location they had to pull the pump up by hand to repair the shorted wire. When they determined that the well flow was reduced because of debris, they made a second trip back just after New Years Day to blow the pump clear. Again having to raise it by hand. The owner and workers were on time, informative and polite. When we went out to observe, they willingly explained what was being done. I would definitely recommend them for any work on wells."

"We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Setting up the appointment was easy, and Dana was able to come out just a few days after I called (it wasn't an emergency). Dana and Jake arrived just a few minutes after the agreed-on time. They were courteous and professional, and went right to work examining the spigot and figuring out the problem. They explained things clearly as they went along, which was very helpful. They worked efficiently, but with friendliness and a good sense of humor. They had the new spigot and piping in their truck, and did a tidy and thorough job removing the old spigot and installing the new one. The price was reasonable (and clearly explained when they outlined the couple of options we had to do a partial fix or a replacement), and Dana put together a detailed invoice before we paid him. "Walt and his crew did an amazing job mitigating radon from our basement! Radon level went from 4.4 pCi/L to 0.3. Out of 3 bids, he was the only one to come to our house to look at how to route the system. He wasn't in a hurry and explained everything to me in layman's terms. On the day of the install, they arrived promptly and explained what they were going to do. They suggested testing out the sump pump before they sealed up the area and I realized it wasn't working.
