He and his team are innovative in creating solutions to what I consider a non typical repair job. I thought they did a good job in spite of a frustrating situation with the siding. They work fast too, this re-roof and repair work were done in a normal working day (8-5). Now "I gotta guy" for our next job when we need something done. "I cannot rave enough about Blue Ladder! Everyone from Austin to Ryan to the work crew were extremely professional and very responsive! We had storm damage that caused us to have a portion of our roof replaced AND siding and downspouts replaced. Ryan sat with me while I contacted the insurance company and helped me through the process. He and the team handled a lot of the back and forth with the insurance company and the mortgage company. Ryan even stopped by a few times to check that the temporary covers were still protecting our house, so we had coffee together! Oh and their selection of shingles and siding are great!
