"We were having difficulty finding a local siding installer to get our siding job done by an insurance deadline from hail damage and through a roofing job became aware of New Vista Exteriors out of the Des Moines area. They not only replaced our whole roof on our house, but installed vinyl siding on our house and two garages. They did great work, paid attention to the details we wanted. Jose was great at communicating, always keeping us up to date on things and getting back to us promptly if we called. A very respectful crew and a company you can depend on to get the job done and do it right. We highly recommend New Vista Exteriors."

"I hired this company to repair hail damage on my home in 2023. The job was to replace the roofs on my house and garage as well as siding and gutters on my house. Long story short they came out and did the roofs in a timely manner, the siding and gutters not so much. Communication was lacking and they tried to charge me way more than what my insurance scope was. I had to get a lawyer involved. He sued me and we went to court. I won my case in February 2025 and I am still waiting to be paid the money I am owed. I do not recommend this company, buyer beware."

Once we moved to Osceola, we bought our first starter home that we proceeded to completely dismantle and renovate. I refuse to pay for work that was not done and they will not return my phone calls to discuss the discrepancy on the invoice and now put a lien on my property even though I paid for the work that was actually done. They will not release the lien or discuss the invoice with me. I would not recommend them at all."
