A written statement of agreement consisting of the terms of our agreement and the total cost for the final project was provided. David arrived at the property when he said he would be there. "My aunt had had some work done on a chimney that caused a leak in her house to worsen.  She had a small area next to a chimney that needed to be taken out and redone.  I called Mr. Frank and set an appointment.  Not only did he return my call, he showed up at the appointment time and gave us an estimate on the spot.  During the work they added a little more to the job when they agreed to paint her whole room and her ceiling.  They told her when they would come, how long they thought they would be and what they were going to do.  Except for one day when they got lost, they were always prompt and efficient.  My aunt is a hard lady to please, but she is thrilled with their work. She can't say enough good about them."
