"I'm very disappointed with this company. They quoted me a total price over the phone of $229 for the pool closing service and told me that included everything. My husband was there when they were working, and he was the one cleaning leaves out of the pool, not the workers. They were in and out a soon as possible he said. Then they presented him with a bill that said the base rate was $239, then they added a $25 labor fee, and an extra fee for chemicals when I was told everything was included in the price. The total bill was $291 and when I spoke to a manager on the phone, he said there was nothing he could do to make it right. I feel as though we were extremely taken advantage of, and they are not a forthright company. You don't increase your price by $62 without notice. Very disappointing and I do not recommend hiring them."

"Horrible craftsmanship. He did not order the materials as draws were paid, then wanted more money to order materials. Installed a boat lift as part of the project, it was not installed to spec and dropped our boat. The seawall steps have washed out from rain. Left trash, building scraps all over the work site."
