"After a recent storm damaged the roof of our home we asked one of our neighbors, who did the repair on your roof.? They gave us the contact information for Brian and said they were very satisfied with his work. We gave Brian Gains of BMG Restorations a call. Brian came to our home and we discussed what would be done and what it would cost. The work included stripping 2 layers of old shingles off down to the sheeting and cleaning up as well as hauling it away. Brian said they would install all new underlayment,with ice and water in the valleys, as well as new ridge vents,flashing and metal trim. He gave us, what i considered a very fair price. He said it would take from 2 to 4 weeks to get to us. Brian's crew came and did an excellent job and all in one day! They got here about 8:30 am & were cleaned up and gone by 7:30 pm. The work was exactly what we agreed upon including the fair price. They did excellent work and it was a very hot day The roofing materials by Owens Corning called Duration came with a limited lifetime warrenty and we also recieved a 5 yr. transferable warranty on labor and workmanship from Brian. BMG Restorations did an excellent job even including painting those ugley white vent pipes to match the roof, and our home looks great! This has been an excellent, even enjoyable experience. We were quite particular in whom we selected to take on our project given the unique nature of our home and the ultimate look we wanted to accomplish. From the beginning, Ben did a thorough job of explaining all of the factors we needed to consider in selecting our new windows as well as talking through the steps needed to execute a proper installation. He took extra time to walk us through his quote and explain all of steps involved in the project. We had some custom features we wanted in the windows and on the install, and Exterior did a great job of making that happen. We want to give special kudos to Hillary, the installer/carpenter, for the near flawless job he did on the installation. His craftsmanship, attention to detail and professionalism is top notch. "It was a rainy Monday, but the company arrived at our home at 8am and waited out the weather.  They walked around the house with my husband and me to note any landscaping that was particularly fragile. (roses, hostas, mums and lilies).  The supplies had already been delivered so the crew got to work.   I didn't know what to expect with noise and mess and although there was plenty of both, the crew was very professional and efficient in their  efforts.    It took about 10 hours from start to finish and with only one rotten board to be replaced.   This was the first roof replacement I have experienced and this company did it right!  The owner was on sight numerous times to ensure everything was going well.  He answered my countless questions and explained what would happen from beginning to end.   I was quite concerned that the crew would never be able to pick up the zillions of roofing pieces, nails, shingles, etc.  However, there was not a scrap of material or nail in sight after they were finished.  They even cleaned out the gutters and the garage!  I would highly recommend Seamless Restoration for a new roof or repair.  They are professional, courteous, efficient and neat.  Extra stars to the employees for stopping to meet our dog who had to inspect everything, snoop in their lunchboxes and insist on being petted. <br />"

"<p>Others had tried to remove this stain unsuccessfully with power washers.  Mark Anderson (CEO) provided a bid with a couple of options and recommended the cheaper of the two (sand blasting).  It worked very well.  The resulting epoxy covering wasn't a perfect texture, so another coat was applied and the results were very satisfactory.</p> <p>Appreciate Mark's coming by to inspect the work and following up to make sure the results were satisfactory.</p>"
