"The crew arrived on the date/time promised. They were polite, professional, and worked non-stop (except for 2 short breaks and lunch). Because of my landscaping, the crew determined the best way to get to the bottom of the foundation was to dig a hole—24” x 8’. It was truly impressive—perfectly squared off. They sealed the wall, replaced the dirt, and replaced decorative stone. They then installed a 50’ French drain—trenching, refilling the trench, and removing excess debris. The crew worked as a team, did a top-notch job, and left the job sites better than they found them. It took them 4 days—and they never wavered from an extraordinary work ethic. That was last week. This week? We’ve had torrential downpours and flooding—but my basement and garage are dry. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat."

"Called answering service on a Saturday and received a call back from Jordan he explained what the cost would be, time and a half to come out or I could wait until Monday when it would be cheaper. I opted to pay for the Saturday call , pay them or pay a high water bill. He arrived 1 hr as he said, explained what needed to be done, work was completed, parts replaced and cleaned up after repair. "Cunningham came to our new property to tell us about the two wells on the property.  We are total novices regarding wells.  He looked at the set-up for the one well that is currently operating.  He was satisfied  with what was there, but did indicate that a bigger tank might be needed and that the pump, etc needed to be protected for the winter. <br /> Then we went to another well on the property.  That well was covered and had no pump or tank on it.  We discussed a price for getting the well up and running.  He suggested that we might want to wait until we build our home and put things in the basement of the house and only have to pay once to get the septic operational.  In anticipation of doing this, he suggested that since he was already there, we measure the depth of the well.  We did that. <br /> Cunningham did a great job of explaining the well workings to us and where the lines seemed to be going, etc. <br />"

"Ordered the health scan report to get a comprehensive analysis of our water beyond the suspected problem of bacteria. The sample kit arrived within a couple days. The results took about a week and a half. The results even identified the species bacteria and yeasts and included information on each."

"The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed.  He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle.   Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect.  We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"
