"Moore efficiently ordered a new part and replaced the bracket. Very simple, nice work. At the same time they did the inspection of the furnace (in our attic), found two problems and fixed them. The drain collecting water from the furnace had been damaged, and there was a error in installing the drain pipe in the attic. Some cost for these fixes but glad to have work done. We are members of Moore's "Club" so there was savings from that."
