"Came out right after the big ice storm when my well was frozen.  I called them Friday evening at about 7PM, they were very busy because of the weather, but were able to come out, as promised at 11AM Saturday.  Got my well fixed and running within 30 minutes.  Was expensive, but they did come out on very short notice on a Saturday morning, so I am very happy and will use them in the future. <br />"

"Representative showed up exactly on time; offered estimate and did not charge a service fee when I did not initially accept his offer.  After shopping, I found that his price was "average," but the service and quality of the product were worth using this company over less reputable plumbers to save a few bucks. <br /> <br /> The representative returned quickly on a Saturday to perform the work and made a special effort to clean up the work area (better than he found it).  He also offered good advice on all questions, whether they were related to the work he performed or not.  He even found a way to charge a little less (using a discount associated with an annual service plan) than originally quoted. <br /> <br /> My only complaint is that he emptied the old water heater in my lawn, which killed a section of grass - An innocent mistake."
