Creig has provided services for us for years.  Whatever needs doing on a house, he can and does do.  He is a skilled electrician, plumber, contractor, etc.  He has fixed garage doors, installed new garage door openers, installed lighting indoors and outside, fixed sliding glass doors, fixed plumbing leaks, etc. He comes immediately in case of an emergency to do emergency repairs.  He is always very professional, extremely skilled and a real gem. He cleans up thoroughly before leaving. I can't praise him highly enough.  He is honest and will tell you truthfully what can/should be done or what can wait. His charges are very reasonable. His work is excellent in every respect.

"Alex arrived on time, introduced himself, and explained the work to me. He wasted no time in getting the job done in a very professional and clean manner. The whole job took maybe an hour or less. Even though I already had my dryer pulled out when Alex arrived he offered to help me push it back into place. The price for the work was very reasonable and I'm very satisfied with the job. "Contacted the company through Angie's List and promptly received a telephone call. I had a laundry list of 14 minor home repairs, and the person I spoke with listened to the first six or so and set up an appointment for 10:30 - 11:30 the following Monday. The work was subbed out to another contractor, who arrived around 9:45 a.m. (That was fine with me.) Here's my list and the work performed:
New caulk for bathtub in second bathroom - caulking done around the edge of tub, but not where tub meets floor
New caulk for master bedroom shower and toilet - caulking done around the edge of shower, but not where shower enclosure meets floor
Replace door knob into gargage - completed
Replace door knob into laundry room - completed
Fix weather stripping at bottom of front door - completed
Fix master bedroom closet door - not completed because contractor didn't have planer
Fix light fixture in the hallway - Said completed, but not completed (Light fixture was cleaned but not fixed)
Fix leak in master shower - completed
Fix smoke detector in hallway - completed
Affix dishwasher housing to cabinetry - completed
Fix second bedroom closet door - Said completed, but not completed (he smacked it so it got back on its track, but there's still a problem because the door won't roll smoothly)
Fix freezer door handle - Not completed, but he gave me the number of an appliance repair person he recommended
Rewire vintage lamp - Not completed; he said it wasn't necessary
Fix sliding glass door lock - Said completed, but not completed (I ultimately had the lock replaced by another provider)
The person who performed the work was friendly, competent, and quick. I wish that all of the items on my list had been completed, but am happy with the work that was done.

"The crew was prompt and courteous. Part of the prep work was to move plants around the house and on the deck. The work went well and finished on time. They power washed,  primed, painted, fascias, wood deck supports, walls and, garage door.

"The finished product was better than I expected. It is obvious that this company takes pride in the work that they did. After extensive masking the walls were sprayed on. This was a great rom that included my Living room, dining room, and Kitchen. It was completely finished in one day including trim, base boards, and doors. I highly recommend 4 comers construction. "He was a super nice guy. Did the repairs, but not exactly on schedule. We had to space it out a bit, which was unexpected. We got a great deal, but my painter did note a few areas where it could have been done a bit more tidy. Overall, the price was good and he did the job."

"Excellent! Walter called soon after I posted my search for flooring repair professionals. He did a site visit the next day. His bid was fair and competitive. He said Reggie could begin the job in three days. Reggie arrived on time at 8:00 am. He told me what had caused the problem, how he could repair it, and what would need to be done to prevent it from occurring again. He demonstrated a deep understanding of flooring and the associated mechanics. He completed the work by noon and the floor looks great. I’m very glad that I chose McGrady Flooring."
