"Dave was excellent. He was professional, honest and thorough. I thought I may have squirrels in the house because I heard scratching above a ceiling and saw a squirrel climbing my chimney with acorns in it's mouth.   <br /> Dave inspected all the outside areas of my house and looked in my attic. He found no evidence of squirrels or bats or anything else (other than a few mice that I can take care of). <br /> He screened off my two gable vents and recommended securing a couple of other entry prone areas which I can do. <br /> I highly recommend Colonial Pest Control. <br />"

"They gave me a 2 hour window and both times the workers arrived on time. They were knowledgeable, professional, and were very responsive to my concerns. They require a year long contract, and come out every quarter. They do a free 2 week follow up after the first visit. During the initial visit, the pest control professional placed stations with poison in various locations and blocked some places where the mice were entering. She also showed me that there was an issue with the bulkhead. I did find one dead mouse outside but haven't seen any others since that first visit. She found evidence of ants and wasps and suggested I upgrade (which means they would deal with other critters in addition to the mice). I wish I had done that initially since it's not that much more expensive, but now I'll have to wait until the 3 month visit for that, since I don't want to pay for an extra visit."

"This was not an easy job. Apparently, the bat colony had been living in our Crawl space attic for a while and really did not want to leave. Bestway spent a week sealing the home and putting in doors for the bats to leave. Not all wanted to leave, but Bestway was committed and persistent and made certain that the bats were all removed, the house was secure and sealed.  <br /> Hard work and great job. <br />"

"He came for the initial consultation the day after we called, and gave us an estimate of $800.00 to install one way doors to get rid of the squirrels in our attic. The initial work was done within a few days from the estimate, and he came back 2 weeks later to remove the doors and close up the holes. He was nice, prompt, and very professional when we asked for a certificate of insurance before hiring him to work on our house. ( We had gotten a previous bid from another company, but the man insulted us, and refused to do the work, when we asked him for an insurance certificate.) Their price seemed a bit high compared to others listed on Angie's List, but our roof if VERY high, so maybe that affected the cost. MVW's work is guaranteed for 1 year, and I would definitely call them again."
