"We chose Sami and Sons over 3 other contractors we interviewed with to remodel our bathroom, and we couldn't be happier. After meeting with Abel and Sami himself we discussed a very reasonable cost estimate for the work that needed to be done. Abel even took us out shopping to several tile and home improvement stores to fan our imaginations of what could be possible for our new bathroom. Throughout the entire process the staff from their front office to their onsite project manager Paul were always very responsive and helpful. This was our first major remodel and laborers were very knowledgeable about creating the bathroom we wanted to achieve while keeping up to date with building codes and city permits. Mario and Erick always asked us questions on how we wanted details in the bathroom to turn out. Always gave us suggestions when we were clueless, and always advised us properly when choosing fixtures and other materials for the build. It was very helpful and reassuring that the managers used the BuilderTrend scheduling app so we knew what tasks were to be completed and on what days so my wife and I could plan things ahead of time. There was a miscommunication about the work at one point, but once we were able to talk to the project manager and other managers on the job they were able to resolve the issue very quickly and to our satisfaction. Scheduling work per day could've been more efficient, but overall we loved the results and our bathroom turned out exactly the way we envisioned and we've been loving it ever since it's completion. Thanks again Sami and Sons for making our dream come true."

He contacted me and said they were on back order, communicated thru 09/13/21. I have not heard from him since. I called Home Depot and they said he never placed an order. I have called and emailed, text, left messages and I have not heard from him since. He still has my screen door that he was supposed to repair along with my money. I think if something has happened to him someone in his family would have notified me."

"Salvador and his son came over and replaced TWO (!) water heaters—one in the main house and one in a guest house. I had bought the water heaters in advance. After he saw them, he told me that the new codes call for an “expansion tank” which helps the water heater last longer. He could either get and install those as well or just swap the old ones for the new ones I had purchased—the choice was mine. We decided to do it right and bring things up to code. He and his son did a great job installing the water heaters and expansion tanks. At the end of the job they swept up the installation area and made it look like the cleanest spot in the garage! I could tell early on that he was skilled and knew what he was talking about. He didn’t pressure me at all about the installation of the expansion tanks. I am glad he told me about the new codes and it was my decision to add them. I had him give me quotes on several other projects. We are looking forward to working with someone we trust!"
