Joe Dairman, our project manager, came the next day to measure and schedule the installation. He was responsive to my texts. Our installers Christian and Reid were very organized, respectful and worked very well together as a team. On day one they finished the demolition and prepared for the installation on the 2nd day. They came on time and finished the job and cleaned after themselves. Overall, we are very pleased with the work they did. I understand that they are high-quality work but just to remodel my bathtub was $24,000. I can remodel my whole entire bathroom for less than 15,000 and that is including bathtub toilet flooring and a new vanity, I understand it is high-quality but what is the likelihood that somebody is gonna live in their house for 40 to 50 years let alone every 10 to 15 years outdated I am so sorry but I am not paying five times the amount just because you are a namebrand"

"They sent two men who checked the system very quickly. Even though the system is operating fine, and another company last year said everything was OK, they recommended replacing two parts for a total of about $450. This doesn't make sense since the furnace is working fine and we have a home warranty. Overall this seemed like a heavy marketing call to sell $32 worth of parts at high markup in case they failed. Will not call this company again."
