"Stop and read this recommendation. I sent request on HomeAdvisor for plumber for master bath toilet break, they responded in minutes and came to home in a few hours. I went and purchased a new tank unit parts replacement for the plumber. When the guys arrived they found my plug was just hardened and offered to fix it for free and not charge me the $249.00 install of the parts I purchased. This saved me over $300.00. They refused to even let me pay for a service call so instead I tipped the two guys for their honesty and generosity. More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work.
