These situations happen to everyone and you can tell a lot by how it’s handled. He showed a high degree of integrity and professionalism. He had given me a fair and competitive quote for ongoing regular lawn mowing and doing a one time bush trimming. He did a very skillful job and exceeded my expectations. Once the bushes were trimmed and debris cleaned, I was planning to plant 3 plats of flowers into the bed next to the bushes. Gerardo gave me a fair quote for doing the planting and when I accepted he got busy and did a beautiful job. I have had problems with landscapers not installing soaker hoses correctly of mulching properly. Gerardo did it right the first time and I was surprised at how quickly he finished. "The regular foreman was out sick that day so this kid Blake ramrodded the lift, he didn't seem to know what was going on. They broke two water pipes I found out after they left. Now 5 years later they wont honor the warranty .The piers they installed are sinking and the back of the house is now 2.1 inches down. They blamed it on the engineer(whom they recommended) and said he did not evaluate it correctly according to Blake and failed to design enough pilons to support the house now I’m back where I started from. Now they want another 10 grand to do it again! Life time guarantee my ***! I had multiple other companies measure the house for me and their pilons are sinking and when Blake came out and remeasured, his numbers are different (no surprise) than the latest measurements from other vendors. He said they need to redo all the same pylons they already have done once before for another 10,000!!! Some nerve! Blaming the failure on me because they didn't get the final report from the city of Denton, again my fault. Hope you warn people about this company, they are great till you need some warranty work.******* If you get your foundation worked on make sure you get a water sys pressure check BEFORE they raise the house that way you know if they break pipes during the lift. If it passed before and fails after then they broke something! They always only do this test after so they can tell you "It was that way before". Better luck to you!"

"ZERO STARS - BEWARE Customers and neighbors BEWARE NEGLIGENT Company and INSENSITIVE Owner I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with the recent events involving Heroes Lawn Care. Their team was responsible for damaging our internet connectivity, while working on my neighbors lawn care. Initially, they damaged the first internet wire that connects to my home, which they informed us about. However, despite their awareness of not having the correct mapping of our underground wires, they proceeded to cut three additional wires, resulting in a loss of internet service that affected our home for a significant period of time. The business demonstrated negligence by persisting with trenching despite being aware of incorrect markings and severing a wire leading to our property. Instead of rectifying the error and obtaining accurate mapping, they continued trenching unabated. Consequently, the severed wires disrupted our internet connectivity, leaving my husband unable to work for hours despite attempting to use a hotspot, which proved futile due to the computer's inability to connect. This disruption had a direct impact on my husband, who is a contractor and relies on a stable internet connection to carry out his work. As a consequence of this company's actions, he suffered a loss of income. I have reached out to the owner Scott Covert multiple times, and all he mentioned that my claim was comical and that we should have used a hotspot. Oh well!"
