"I have had that service for 3 or 4 months. There were several robberies in this area and that is why I got it. They are competitive. It was one of those deals where I got it for free and then I pay for the monthly service. It is a two or three year contract. They call the police if someone sets off one of the sensors. If I do not get to the alarm in time, they will call me. I have had a couple of times where my grandson set the alarm and I went into the garage and did not hear it go off and the next thing that I knew the police were there. There is a $25 fine for those. It has nothing to do with the alarm company. If the city gets called out 3 times, the first time is $25, second time is $45, the third time is an additional $45, and they evaluate the system. That has not happened yet. I have been happy with them. It runs strictly by cell phone. They are right on it when that alarm goes off. They sent it to me and it had all of the parts and then I installed it and it is fairly simple to do.

Frank promptly answered all questions we had and signed us up for service and installation. We were given an appointment the very next day. Two installation guys showed up in an ADT wrapped work vehicle, on time and they knew what they were doing. They were friendly and also quite efficient . They answered all our questions, installed the system and programmed it and helped set up the app on our phones as well.
