"I called another company and had my carpet cleaned in a 2000 sqft house. 1 week later the carpet was back to dirty. I decided to call Advanced carpet and tile based off some recommendations from friends . They cleaned my carpet 2 month ago and it still looks brand new! These people are hard workers and wont just surface clean your floors. They actually take their time and do it right. They have top notch machines and cleaning chemicals that get deep into your carpet, Coupled with employees that actually care about the work they do. I was so happy with the carpet that I had this business do the tile outside on my porch. It had 30 years of water marks and dirt that I couldn't get out even with spending hundreds of dollars on a pressure washer. To my surprise these guys got it to shine and sealed the tile so that it will last another 30 years. This is an amazing company. I will be calling them for every floor cleaning service I may need."

"The grout did look better than before but I think it could have been better if the service technician had spent the time on it that he originally estimated. He left several hours earlier than he had estimated. In fairness, I think the amount charged should have been adjusted to reflect the actual time spent. Otherwise, I did appreciate working with this company and would recommend them on the basis of their customer service alone. The installer was very pleasing to work with and was on time and professional."

"Crew scheduled a appointment for quote, then came to cleaning appointment promptly. The team did a wonderful job in cleaning carpet and tiles. I was very happy. I will give a 5 star for their quality and service. Just hire them."

"I had doubts from the beginning because the cost was so reasonable. Having replaced grout myself as a general contractor, I knew how hard it was. But I learned you don't need to take out all the grout. They only remove the top 1/16 of an inch. When I saw this I was REALLY skeptical but the technician, who was the son of the owner, was so calm and confident I decided to suspend judgement until the job was completed. He started by scraping out the old grout in the worst areas, like next to the sink, then proceeded to steam clean the whole kitchen so the old grout would match the new. I had already had the tile steam cleaned the week before by the carpet cleaner so I had doubts they could get it much cleaner. The technician started by applying a cleaning solution and letting it sit for 20 minutes. When he got done I was blown away at how much whiter the old grout looked. 99% of all the stains came out. He then applied the new grout in the designated areas and it came out better then I expected. The color of the new grout matches the old and the kitchen counters look like new. I would use this company again in a heart beat. The technician was professional and considerate. He even called to tell me he would be a half hour late instead of just showing up late. Unbeknownst to me, the woman that came out the week before to give me the estimate was one of the owners, the technicians mother. This is a great family run operation."

"I called Debby to see if she could make my laundry room shower look good again.  It needed to have grout reapplied in quite a few places, plus silicone caulk in the corners and around the shower pan.  She cleaned the tile, added grout and filled some holes where a glass shower door had been (I ripped it out) AND, she cleaned my hair out of the drain - she didn't seem to mind, even though I was totally disgusted that I hadn't beat her to that (ewww, Debby - thank you so much).  I thought my shower was in terrible condition, but she said it was not bad, but she still made it look a whole lot better.  Debby's price seemed reasonable to me for the services provided!
