"I would rate Johns Small Jobs more than five stars if I could. Previously being a manager for a large corporation I look for certain things before hiring a person for a job. Professionalism is the very first thing and John and his team were just that. Communication was great as well as all the work that was done. We needed a sink to be put in we were given an estimation for that. Upon installing the sink there were some pipes that needed to be repaired. The project cost a little more than we were expecting because of the pipework but John was absolutely wonderful for working with us the way he did when it came time to pay. I want to thank John and his team I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a job done. The sink project is done, on to the next, I will be seeing you guys soon."

"They were amazing. Due to COVID, I couldn't find a swing set for our children. I ended up buying a kit that had the hardware, all the accessories and the lumber. Swingset Service built the most amazing swing set from scratch in one day. They were easy to reach, great response times, confirmed start date and time a few days before, were very polite and did a wonderful job of cleaning up after the project was complete. "Barry used two helpers for the job. I was impressed with their professionalism and thoroughness right from the very start. They removed downspouts and collected run-off in plastic buckets. To protect shrubbery they sprayed everything first. Next they sprayed cleaner onto the roof a section at a time so that it had time to do it's work. Then they rinsed each section off... all with a gentle spray - no power washer. They also cleaned the fascia, gutters and downspouts. Some streaking could be seen immediately after they finished but Barry assured me that it would wash off with the first rain; it did. We are delighted with our 'new roof'."

"<p>Crew arrived at 8am and immediately got to work, they had to clear hard crusted snow off the roof, One very nice young man came to the door introduced himself and explained the days work. They had the entire roofing done by 4pm. The cleanup was excellent as they walked the perimeter of house looking for any debris a number of times along with sweeping the driveway and walk way. Throughout the day they kept the work area neat and after leaving nothing was left behind except a very satisfied customer. The next day a young man returned to place a new gutter along with soffit facia wrap around flat roof. Another courteous worker who did top quality work. "The inspection revealed an aged out system along with some bad practices of installation , after we purchased the home we called RLS back and they replaced and update the complete system which made a HUGE difference in performance and gas removal as well as making these systems very quiet in operation. Ron was very knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with . I will also add that we used Ron for some critical carpentry work with installing a custom door and jamb , along with cabinetry work . The outcome of this work was Stellar and we could not be happier with Ron's work ."

"The design of the tile went very well.  There were lots of cuts,  and we were very happy with the way the tile turned out.  We did not like the fact that the job was never completed.  The price included saddles for the areas where the kitchen floor meets the Living room, and where the kitchen floor meets the Family room.  This was never completed.  We have tried to call Lay It Down, but we get no response.  The floor has been done for over a month now, and they still have not come back to finish.  So basically it makes the entire area look bad. <br />"
