We had a post that didn't dry correctly during the installation, but they were very prompt with rescheduling another installer to come out a couple days later to make sure it was repaired and perfectly straight. "It went great. The company was responsive to my email & had someone out within a few days for a quote. McGregor came out and was so friendly - but also knowledgeable and skilled. He told me his recommendation & answered all my questions about the fence & what our best options would be. He sent a quote the next day & we took a few days to think it over. A week later McGregor followed up with us (no pressure) via email just to touch base & see if we had any other questions - we did. He responded quickly by answering our questions & providing photos for reference. We decided to book with him. A day after signing the contract, DJ was in our neighborhood & stopped by the house to see if we were open to having our fence repaired right then (rather than waiting). DJ was so kind & skilled & repaired our fence very quickly while informing us of challenges with the repair. DJ repaired two 8 foot gates, restored hinges and handles, installed new drop rods, and even repaired pickets of the fence that were damaged from hurricane Ian (which is why broken the gates off of the fence) I highly recommend FCNM!"

"The entire process went well and was very smooth. Mark came out to our home to measure the pool (36 feet) and show us the choice of materials he could use to include color and density of screen and gates as well as to educate us about the product. He brought a book of photos which showed a variety of choices (colors, visibility of different types of screen, and gates) which we used as a reference to ask questions. We contacted 2 other Angie's List providers of this service each of whom gave us a price per foot cost over the phone. Mark was glad to come out to give us a bid which ended up being the most reasonable compared to the other info the other providers gave us over the phone. More service for less $$$-win/win! Mark installed the fence according to our schedule 6 days after giving us an estimate. He confirmed the process of drilling into the pavers the morning of the installation and showed us how the fencing would look before he installed it to be sure we approved. Mark was prompt in his arrival and completed the job in the 2 hours that he quoted would be necessary to finish the job. We are very pleased and will be relaxed and confident in the safety of our pool for all non swimmers, but most especially children. "The entire project was completed prior to use moving from PA to Florida.  We initially requested a detailedestimate since it was necessary to secure our Co-Op approval to erect the enclosure.  I received the estimateand drawing via email and it was approved as written.  The installers ran into a problem with a tree on theproperty which was directly in line with the fence.  They contacted me in PA and we were able to work outa solution so they could complete the project.  A sprinkler line was damaged during the work and was repaired.  The entire project was completed within the price of the estimate as initially quoted.  We havenow arrived at our Florida residence and we are completely pleased with the quality of the work.  I willhighly recommend this company and would certainly use them again.  Overall..great job!!!. <br />"

"End product is great. The sales rep was responsive and informative. Not pushy. The actual install date was a bit vague. it took a while to get scheduled, then came off kind of funny. We called to inquire about when install was going to happen and we're told tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and installer calls out sick. Eventually happened a day or two later and the fence looks great."
