"I had the leak inspection team out for $350 to detect where a leak could be. Then I had to pay $550 to dig down less than 2 feet to get to the pipe. Then $450 to repair the pipe. The technician Mike Ramirez did a good job and kept me informed along the way. It just seemed very expensive to spend $550 to dig a small hole."

"Dan called to ask if it was convenient for him to come today to check my system. I really, really appreciate when people call ahead because I have big dogs, and Dan always calls. He arrived about 20 minutes later and checked the salt container and the chlorine reservoir. I mentioned to him that one of the tubes had slipped of place last week but I was able to deal with it. He proceeded to completely disassemble the tubing system, did whatever magic he does, and voila, good as new. He did not charge me for the repair even after I asked him to.  This is truly a conscientious business that cares very much that you are happy with your service. I highly recommend them.

I was shocked and prepared to be without my shower over night, but I was able to use it that night! Brand new shower! It feels almost like a new bathroom... I'm sure they can do the rest just as well! I'll be calling them back for a new toilet and vanity!"
