He kindly re-scheduled a Sunday morning in order to accommodate my tight weekend schedule. He fixed the problem with the dryer. Also, he took note of my model and serial numbers in the event the problem re-occurred - it would more than likely be an electronic board problem. Choice gave me a small amount of money to replace the microwave and Choice will not install it for me, kind of upset with this however I will continue to have Discussions for the replacement value!!!"

"One oven doesn't work at all ( my choice, see above), the "working" oven was never calibrated properly so using it is hit or miss. It's time to call American Home Shield to see about replacing the entire unit. I'm waiting to finish other home projects before calling them. I don't know if I'll request Greenway again."
